Memminger has been using "Get Life On TM" to promote his popular humor column, Honolulu Lite," in the Honolulu Star-Bulletin and his screenwriting and freelance writing business as well as offering various advertising, promotion and website-related services on several websites, including Getlifeon.com. Memminger hopes to license the phrase "Get Life On TM" to a major national company. He is represented by attorney Thomas Fagan, of Reinwald, O'Connor & Playdon in Honolulu. Memminger is a national award-winning newspaper humor columnist and screenwriter whose essays and columns have been distributed by the New York Times News Service and published in Newsweek, Better Homes & Gardens, OMNI and other national publications. His new book, "Hey, Waiter, There's An Umbrella In My Drink! (Tales from the Tropics by Hawaii's Favorite Humorist)" was published by Watermark Publishing and contains blurbs of support from legendary travel writer and novelist Paul Theroux, A.J.
